Our agency is a full service, independent insurance agency located in North Kansas City, Missouri. Our mission is to provide exceptional service to our business and personal clients in representing their insurance needs.

Our site is designed to introduce you to our agency and explain how we can help you with the insurance process. If you have any questions our experienced staff is willing to help you with your insurance questions.

• Certificates of insurance will be issued immediately. A copy will be sent to your office on the same day the certificate is issued.
• If you are considering, or are about to enter into indemnity agreements, we will be happy to review them with you.
• We promise to stay in contact with you to monitor your activities to make sure we have proper insurance in place and advise you of changes and trends as they affect your program.
• We will contact you at least 60 days prior to your renewal date for review.
• We will guide you through the claims process for a prompt and fair resolution of your claim.
• We will use our experience and multiple company relationships to customize your coverage as needed.
• We will commit our staff to continuing education so they may be more knowledgeable in serving you.
• We will conduct our business in an ethical manner.
